How to request deletion

• Email vojtech.ponrt@gmail.com with the subject “Instagram data deletion”.
• Include your Instagram username and, if possible, the approximate date of the conversation.
• Do not send your Instagram password or access token. We may ask you to confirm the request from the relevant Instagram account.

What happens next

After identity is reasonably verified, related messages, profile identifiers, AI drafts and review records are deleted from active systems within 30 days. Residual encrypted backups expire within 90 days. Records that must be retained to meet a legal obligation may be kept only for that obligation.

A confirmation is sent when the active-system deletion is complete.
