Terms of Service

These terms cover the Social DMs integration used with Vojta Ponrt's professional Instagram account.

Service

Social DMs receives messages that people voluntarily send to the Instagram account and prepares possible responses for its owner. It is an internal communication aid, not a public application or a service that users register for.

Acceptable use

Do not use Instagram messages to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive or malicious content. Use of Instagram remains subject to Meta's and Instagram's applicable terms and policies.

Availability and responsibility

The integration may be changed, suspended or discontinued. AI drafts can be incomplete or incorrect, which is why a human reviews every outgoing response. Nothing sent through the account constitutes professional legal, medical or financial advice unless expressly stated otherwise.
